Limited Lifetime Warranty

Sabry Lee USA Inc. warrants its products to be free of material defects and workmanship for as long as they are installed on the original vehicle for which they were originally purchased. Any Sabry Lee product found to be defective by Sabry Lee shall, at Sabry Lee's sole discretion, be repaired or replaced through the original distributor whom Sabry Lee sold the product to. This warranty only applies to products installed according to accepted industry standards by a recognized professional service dealer as approved by Sabry Lee.

Except as otherwise stated herein, Sabry Lee makes no other representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. No warranty shall cover any product damaged by accident, negligence, improper installation misuse, weather conditions, lightning, power supply or source, fire, water, or any acts of nature or God, or products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Sabry Lee. This warranty does not cover any incorrect installation or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, collision, alteration, nor does it apply to normal wear and tear items including, without limitation, automobile lamp bulbs.

In no event shall Sabry Lee's liability exceed Sabry Lee's sale price for the particular product, nor shall Sabry Lee be liable for any loss of use, revenues, or anticipatory profit or for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sale, use, operation, or inability to use products purchased from Sabry Lee.

Limited Product Warranty (Cooling Products)

Sabry Lee USA Inc. (SLI) warrants its radiators for a period of 18 months and its condensers for a period of 12 months to be free of material defects and workmanship for as long as they are installed on the original vehicle for which they were originally purchased. Any radiator or condenser found to be defective by SLI shall, at SLI's sole discretion, be repaired or replaced through the original distributor whom SLI sold the product. This warranty only applies to radiators and condensers installed according to accepted industry standards by recognized professional service dealers as approved by SLI.
